Very impressed by Adam Russ in the service department. He answered all my questions, explained what was covered and not covered by my car’s warranty, and was just a very pleasant person to talk to in general. Some dealership service departments I’ve been to in the past are full of career script readers and hyped-up coke-heads, smacking their gum as they try to upsell you on all types of product services. The service advisors are always friendly, quick, and genuinely concerned when explaining any issues I’m having or answering general questions. I drive 30 minutes just to come to this location because I’ve had bad experiences with the dealership closer to my home, and I’ve never received anywhere near the level of customer care that this location provides. I did enough research to be terrified of the process, but everyone I dealt with at Cap City Honda was pleasant, especially my "concierge" Rachael, who couldn't have been more delightful. There was no evidence of the shenanigans YouTube warned me about. As far as I can tell these are honest and straightforward folks, and I won't hesitate to use them again.

This dealership ONLY cares about getting their money and that’s it. We purchased a brand new Honda Civic and after only 6k miles on it, it was totaled. After a ton of back and fourths with insurance and this dealership, we were finally able to come and retrieve our important items only to be met with disrespect and ignorance. Gianni was persistent to meet my needs. His persistency never crossed line. What I appreciated him the most was his transparency in his offers, numbers, promotions and interest rates. He played no games. He was not afraid to be turned down, and honestly spoke for what he could do and what he could not. He genuinely was very stable personal.

It depends on the person you get, but if it isn’t someone who truly cares about giving you what you’re looking for and having trust and honesty it is definitely not a good experience. A lot of promises being made that cannot be kept by the people who try to get a sale. If it wasn’t for people in finance, I would not have stayed working with them.

They are a stereotypical dealer. Too many games played by the sales people. You have to be ready to walk away and they have to know it. It took over four hours to make a purchase. I got what I wanted because I know how to play the game.
