I recently purchased a new vehicle here. At no time did I feel pushed or pressured. My salesperson (Petrisia) was great and arranged everything nicely, finding and showing me the exact vehicle I was looking for. She made the experience friendly, easy-going, and hassle free. Picked out a car 11am, test drove it 11:30 Back at dealership. Went over price and paperwork done by noon. Wanted to think about purshase. Went home 12:30pm. Called Luke to see if car was still available it was 5pm, Car and paperwork were at my house 7pm. Signed and car and keys in my hand. 5*****.
Used car buying process was overall good. Had a hiccup when printing forms during the day when we were purchasing but other than that very helpful and informative. Luke helped us out and Jeff in finance informed us of what we need and didn’t throw things for us to buy on top of the vehicle.

After a horrible experience at Future Honda, I sent emails to 5 regional dealers asking for their best quote on a new CR-V. We knew we wanted to be OTD between 40-41k.
