This location is my favorite for a couple reasons, first the waiting area is AMAZING, so spacious, clean and nicely decorated. They have a water machine that you can get flavored or sparkling water from as well as vending machine and a coffee machine (the ones you can make different drinks with like cappuccinos and lattes). My advisor was very knowledgeable and was able to get me out when he said he would.

Met by the service advisor who clarified that my AI bot scheduled appointment wasn’t needed and that I can wait until the vehicle tells me it’s time for service. His honesty in this day and age was refreshing and he did not try to up-sell for services I didn’t need.

My service advisor was excellent. His forthrightness and honest opinion regarding the low impact of the recommended replacement of 2 parts found to be in poor condition demonstrated his knowledge and experience with internal parts I knew nothing about. He took into account the age of my car (2002 model) and overall very low mileage. His insight and judgement was much appreciated. Great customer care!

The dealership made reasonable effort to diagnose & replace a leaking evaporator on my low mileage 2018 Honda CRV. I appreciated their goodwill assistance. The service advisor Charles Bermudez went above & beyond in his interactions with me, including his superior customer service, friendliness, prompt response to my questions and strong communication skills.
Great service at this dealership but wish they would washer the car as part of the service. Also would be great if they could pick up and drop off your car. Some dealerships do provide this.

Very impressed by Adam Russ in the service department. He answered all my questions, explained what was covered and not covered by my car’s warranty, and was just a very pleasant person to talk to in general. Some dealership service departments I’ve been to in the past are full of career script readers and hyped-up coke-heads, smacking their gum as they try to upsell you on all types of product services. I did enough research to be terrified of the process, but everyone I dealt with at Cap City Honda was pleasant, especially my "concierge" Rachael, who couldn't have been more delightful. There was no evidence of the shenanigans YouTube warned me about. As far as I can tell these are honest and straightforward folks, and I won't hesitate to use them again.

This dealership ONLY cares about getting their money and that’s it. We purchased a brand new Honda Civic and after only 6k miles on it, it was totaled. Gianni was persistent to meet my needs. His persistency never crossed line. What I appreciated him the most was his transparency in his offers, numbers, promotions and interest rates. He played no games. He was not afraid to be turned down, and honestly spoke for what he could do and what he could not. He genuinely was very stable personal.
